Jamestown, New York (Thursday, March 10, 2011)—WCA Hospital officials announced the WCA Hospital Human Resources (HR) Office has relocated their services to 103 Allen Street, (located on the corner of Foote Avenue and Allen Street), Jamestown.  Visitors may use the front entrance closest to Foote Avenue and Allen Street.  Off-street parking is available.
